Crafting Excellence in Tile, Flooring & Renovation
At DeMarco Flooring, Tile & Renovations, the work speaks before we do. John Banks has been setting tile for more than forty years — the last fifteen of them in New Jersey, and the years before that in Florida. The business has been built on skilled craftsmanship, professionalism, dependable service, and a commitment to the people it works for.
Based in Fort Myers, Florida, we install tile for homeowners and businesses across Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Marco Island.
Guided by decades of experience and an eye for how a room actually reads, we set tile that lasts — porcelain, marble, natural stone, large-format and mosaic, on floors, showers and walls. Work that requires a permit is carried out together with a licensed contractor.
From backsplashes and fireplace surrounds to natural stone installation, tile repair, and grout repair, we're committed to delivering craftsmanship that stands the test of time. We also specialize in porcelain, ceramic, marble, and natural stone installations for homes, churches, and commercial properties.
Back to Florida. Fifteen years ago John was working in Florida when his parents needed looking after. He moved the business north to New Jersey and stayed for as long as they needed him. New Jersey got fifteen years of his floors out of it — Warren and Hunterdon County kitchens, baths and staircases — and that work is still here on this site.
That time is behind him now, and the pull south is the same one that took him to Florida in the first place. In 2026 DeMarco Flooring, Tile & Renovations returns to Fort Myers — back to where it started.
Forty years of tile travels with him. What changes is what sits underneath it: slab instead of joists, humidity instead of frost, and the condominium and coastal work that Southwest Florida runs on. The standards don't move.

Answers to Common Questions
A few things people ask before booking tile work. If yours is not here, call or text and ask.
What tile do you install?
Porcelain, ceramic, natural stone and marble, large-format panels and mosaics — on floors, showers, tub surrounds, walls and backsplashes.
How do you maintain high standards?
We use professional-grade tools and proven techniques to ensure precise results. Our experienced team pays close attention to detail on every project.
Do you handle the whole bathroom?
We install the tile, including waterproofing and substrate preparation. Work that requires a permit — plumbing, electrical, structural — goes through a licensed contractor or trade, and we coordinate with them.
Can you take on large projects?
Yes. Forty years of residential and commercial tile work, including condominium and multi-unit jobs. The schedule is agreed up front, and the crew that measures is the crew that sets the tile.
What makes your services unique?
Our dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and personalized service sets us apart.
Are consultations available?
Yes, we offer consultations to understand your needs and provide customized solutions.
