Dual Bathroom Tile Remodel with Custom Subway Tile and Schluter Trim Accents

For this project, the homeowner needed tile upgrades in two bathrooms, while keeping the existing fixtures in place. DeMarco was hired specifically for our expertise in custom tile installation and attention to detail.

In both bathrooms, we installed classic subway tile walls, enhanced with a coordinating accent strip to add visual interest and depth. Each shower included a custom-built niche for storage, framed with Schluter Quadec Tile Edge Trim for a clean, finished look that adds durability and a modern edge.

We also added corner shelves in both showers for additional storage and convenience. Per the homeowner’s request, the original bathtubs were left in place, and the new tilework was seamlessly integrated around them.
