Bathroom Remodel

This project was for a valued repeat customer. After we successfully remodeled their master bathroom, they were so pleased with our craftsmanship and professionalism that they chose DeMarco again—this time for a full remodel of another bathroom in their home.

The renovation began with the removal of the existing tub, which we replaced with a new, modern tub to enhance both comfort and functionality. We redesigned and improved the shelving layout to maximize storage and usability. For added warmth during colder months, we installed a baseboard heating system, which was professionally wired by our licensed electrician along with updated electrical outlets.

The flooring was updated with new ceramic tile featuring a stylish 4-tile pattern for a dynamic look. In the shower area, we created a handicap-accessible design, complete with sturdy grab bars for safety and ease of use. We also built a large custom niche with internal shelving for convenient storage of shower essentials.

A new vanity and farmhouse-style sink were installed, offering both charm and functionality. The bathroom was finished with new towel bars and a fresh coat of paint on all walls and the ceiling, bringing the entire space together with a clean and refreshed look.
