Commercial Bathroom Tile Installation – Waste Facility Renovation

DeMarco was hired to complete a full tile upgrade for the bathrooms in a commercial waste facility, focusing on durability, ease of maintenance, and clean, modern design.

We installed large-format 24x24 porcelain floor tiles with a natural stone look in soft taupe tones. These tiles offer both strength and slip resistance—ideal for high-traffic, industrial environments. The majority of the bathroom walls were finished with 12x24 porcelain tiles, providing a sleek, low-maintenance surface that’s easy to clean and highly durable.

A standout feature of the renovation was a full accent wall clad in vertically stacked textured ceramic subway tiles in a rich, warm brown tone. The tiles feature a subtle ridged surface and a satin sheen, adding depth and visual interest to the space while maintaining a professional, modern aesthetic. The vertical layout adds height and sophistication to the room, contrasting beautifully with the neutral stone-look floors.
