Commercial Floor Install

Commercial Flooring Renovation for Wells Fargo Branch

DeMarco Flooring, Tile & Renovations was contracted to complete a commercial flooring renovation for a Wells Fargo branch, transforming the interior into a clean, modern, and highly durable space built for daily foot traffic.

Our team managed the full flooring demolition and installation, preparing the surface and executing a seamless finish tailored for a professional banking environment.

Durable Tile Installation for High-Traffic Areas

In the main customer service zone, we installed 12x24 porcelain high-traffic tiles in a staggered layout to enhance visual flow and durability. The tiles feature a soft, natural-stone texture in neutral gray tones—ideal for commercial flooring applications that demand both longevity and style.

These porcelain tiles were selected for their easy maintenance, slip resistance, and ability to withstand constant customer use without fading or cracking. The result is a professional, cohesive look that reflects the Wells Fargo brand standard.

Carpet Tile Installation for Comfort and Warmth

For the adjacent office and seating areas, DeMarco installed commercial-grade carpet tiles in a warm, textured pattern that complements the porcelain tile. The carpet adds acoustic comfort and a welcoming touch for both staff and clients, while maintaining the durability required for high-traffic commercial settings.

This balanced mix of materials ensures function, comfort, and visual harmony throughout the space.

Commercial Flooring Experience

This flooring renovation project shows DeMarco’s experience installing durable flooring systems for banks, offices and other commercial environments, built up over forty years of tile and flooring work.

Key Takeaway

A completed commercial flooring renovation in porcelain and carpet tile for a Wells Fargo branch. This work was carried out before DeMarco Flooring, Tile & Renovations relocated to Fort Myers, Florida in 2026, and the company now installs tile across Southwest Florida.
