Basement Remodel

The client contacted us after a water leak caused severe damage throughout their basement. Floors, walls, and ceilings were compromised and needed to be removed. That’s when DeMarco stepped in to take over the project from start to finish.

We began by installing new sheetrock on all damaged walls and ceilings, followed by professional taping, spackling, and painting to restore the space to a like-new condition. New vinyl flooring was installed throughout the basement, providing a durable and attractive solution. Quarter round molding was replaced along all baseboards to complete the clean, polished finish.

The entire basement received a fresh coat of paint, and a brand-new 75-inch OLED television was mounted to create an upgraded entertainment area. In the basement bathroom, we restored the tile floor by deep-cleaning and refinishing the grout for a renewed look.

Importantly, DeMarco didn’t just handle the physical restoration—we also advocated for our client throughout the insurance process. Our team worked directly with the insurance company to ensure the homeowner was fully reimbursed for all eligible repairs and improvements.
